Specialist long-term support for people living with complex health conditions.
Our Complex Care service is designed for individuals whose health needs require more specialised, ongoing support at home. We assist people living with memory loss conditions, movement disorders, long-term illnesses, and reduced mobility — always focusing on comfort, safety, and quality of life. Our team works closely with families, GPs, nurses, and community professionals to create a care plan that evolves as needs change.
Who We Support
Our Caregivers receive additional training to support people living with a wide range of conditions, including:
- Memory-related conditions, such as dementia or Alzheimer’s
- Cancer-related support, helping with daily routines and comfort during treatment
- Movement and balance disorders, including symptoms associated with Parkinson’s
- Neurological conditions, such as the effects of stroke, MS, or brain injury
- Palliative and end-of-life support, focusing on comfort, dignity, and emotional reassurance
- Recovery after hospital stays, such as after surgery or a medical setback
- Mobility challenges, including arthritis, weakness, or reduced confidence moving around the home
These examples can be adapted to each person’s situation, routines, and long-term goals.
