Specialist health-related support, delivered safely at home.
Our Clinical Care service is designed for individuals who need more advanced medical or nursing-related assistance. These visits are carried out by Caregivers who receive specialist training and ongoing supervision from our Registered Nurses. We focus on safety, dignity, and maintaining quality of life at home.
What Clinical Care Includes
Depending on individual needs, our Clinical Care may involve:
- Foot and nail hygiene support to maintain comfort and reduce infection risk
- Catheter assistance, including monitoring, emptying, and routine upkeep
- Stoma support, helping with daily care and ensuring comfort and confidence
- Basic wound care, such as simple dressings and ongoing skin integrity checks
- Monitoring vital health markers, including temperature, pulse, and breathing
- Support for diabetes management, including routine checks and prompts
- Non-invasive respiratory support, helping clients use equipment safely
- Assistance with gastrostomy (PEG) feeding, ensuring safe and hygienic nutrition
All clinical tasks are delivered in line with personalised care plans and under nurse guidance.
Flexible Support Options
Clinical Care can be arranged in several formats:
- Hourly visits
- Daily clinical routines

- Live-in clinical care
- Short-term or post-hospital care
Whether the need is ongoing or temporary, we tailor our support to each individual’s medical and personal requirements.
Our Approach
We take a careful, safe, and person-centred approach to every clinical task. All Caregivers delivering clinical care are specially trained, competency-checked, and regularly supervised by our nursing team. You’ll receive support from a small, consistent group who understand your routine and health needs, with warm introductions before any new Caregiver visits.
Our local Bristol & North Somerset office provides close oversight and is always available for questions, changes, or reassurance.
