Habitat Care was founded in 2009 by Sergio and Yan Mesen, a husband and wife team with a simple vision to provide genuine, person-centered care delivered by people who truly care.

From small, family-run beginnings, Habitat Care has grown into a trusted professional care provider across Bristol and North Somerset, guided by the same values of kindness, respect, and the belief that great care begin with lovely people.
